The usual preparation period is approximately 1–2 business days, separate from the estimated delivery period of 3–5 business days after shipment. Timing is not guaranteed and may change with carrier disruptions, weather, weekends or holidays.
Tracking notices go to your checkout email where tracking is offered. Please tell us about delayed or lost shipments, damage, and parcels shown as delivered that you cannot locate. Send the order number, checkout email, tracking reference and a description, plus damage photographs of the goods and package, for assessment and carrier follow-up.
