Our return and exchange terms cover non-defective purchases and defective products alike. The request window ends 30 days after delivery. Only new and unused items qualify, and their original condition, packaging, tags and included accessories must be preserved.
An exchange is subject to the inventory actually available. Refunds go back through the original payment method and are processed within 10 days after approval, with any later credit-posting delay controlled by the provider.
An unwanted choice, a change in preference or simply changing your mind may support a non-defective return. Please also report damage, defects, wrong items, missing pieces and material discrepancies from the product description for review.
Request permission to return by giving us the purchase number, checkout email and reason. Evidence showing both merchandise and packaging, in photographs or video, is needed for damage, defects, incorrect items or missing accessories. Do not dispatch a return before it is authorized.
The package contains a free label for mailing an authorized return. Returns are postal returns, with no restocking charge; prepare and send the goods according to the approved instructions.
